The CFG Glycosyltransferases interface allows users to identify glycosyltransferases
capable of forming specific glycan linkages. Each glycosyltransferase in the database
has its own CFG Molecule Page that serves as a portal to relevant CFG data and information
from public databases (KEGG, CAZy, SwissProt, and others). To find enzymes:
- Select a class of glycan structures from the list below. A composite image will appear
that represents monosaccharide linkages that have been observed in all structures
determined to date. The non-reducing end is toward the left.
- Click on a monosaccharide to access a list of glycosyltransferases known to be capable
of adding it to the structure via the indicated linkage.
- Or, select "Query by Multiple Criteria" to search for glycosyltransferases by species,
enzyme classification, linkage, or protein/gene name.
- From the results page, you can access CFG Molecule Pages for glycosyltransferases of interest.
